1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Mukh Darpan collects photos you upload for face reading purposes. These are processed by Google Gemini AI and are not permanently stored on our servers. We also collect your email/phone number for authentication, and usage data (number of readings) to enforce free tier limits.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Photos are sent to Google Gemini API for AI analysis and are not stored after processing. Your reading results are saved in Firebase Firestore linked to your account so you can access your history. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

We use: Firebase (Google) for authentication and database, Google Gemini AI for face analysis, Razorpay for payment processing. Each service has its own privacy policy.

4. DATA SECURITY

All data is stored securely in Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. API keys are stored in Firebase Secret Manager and never exposed to users.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also request a copy of your stored data.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Mukh Darpan provides AI-powered face readings based on classical physiognomy traditions (Samudrik Shastra, Mian Xiang, Barbara Roberts methods). All readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only and do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or legal advice.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You must be 18 or older to use this service. You agree not to upload photos of minors or photos without the subject's consent. You agree not to use readings to make serious business, medical, or legal decisions.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Premium subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase if no readings were consumed.

5. DISCLAIMER

Face readings are based on ancient traditions and AI interpretation. Accuracy is not guaranteed. We are not liable for decisions made based on readings.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Haryana, India.
